duPont REGISTRY A Buyers Gallery of Fine Homes® December 2021 Uncovered

Dear Reader,

WOW! Our December 2021 issue. My how time flies. In the magazine publishing world, it’s time to set our sights on a whole new year – 2022. We are looking forward to all that the new year has to offer.

If you follow real estate trends, you will know that the market is still running strong for sellers. Inventory is low and selling very quickly – barely hitting the MLS before it is under contract. Make sure if you see something that you like, that you are ready to make a quick decision – otherwise the opportunity may be lost.

This issue has many great waterfront properties – from Florida to California and the Dominican Republic. There are water views of all types.

For those of you who prefer golf course views, we have options for you as well. Whether you prefer a home that sits on one of the many great courses here in the states or further away destinations like Hawaii and the Bahamas – we have lots of great choices

All of us here at duPont REGISTRY would like to take this time to thank you for your continued support throughout this past year. It’s been another crazy and unexpected year in so many ways. 2022 promises to be something very special – stay tuned for lots of great things to come here at duPont REGISTRY. Make sure you stay connected with us by following us on social media, signing up for our blog, reading the magazine or logging onto our website.

Wishing each of you and your families a wonderful upcoming Holiday season!
