I hope you are enjoying the holidays with family and friends. Likely as you are reading this, many of your holiday parties are over. In fact, you may already be taking down the decorations and preparing for the start of a new year. Welcome 2020!
There are a lot of changes happening in the publishing and media industry for 2020 – some positive and some not so positive. There are many magazine titles that have little relevance and, therefore, will no longer be published. For us here at duPont REGISTRY, 2020 marks the time for increased relevance, giving us the opportunity to make some changes to our look, format and distribution. While we continue to grow our focus on digital and social media outreach, we are also continuing to evolve and develop the look of our foundation – the monthly print magazine. We hope you enjoy the fresher, cleaner look and format.
One thing that will not change – the focus on featuring some of the most spectacular homes on the luxury market today.

“Nestled among stately Grandfather oaks, towering pines and beautiful magnolia trees, this French Provincial-style home presents an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. “Vast sand sprawls as far as the eye can see, met only by towering red mountains and the occasional cactus standing steadfastly among wide open scenery. The blazing sun casts its rays across the colorful skyline as it rises each morning and sets in the evenings, transforming the warm days into cooler, breezy nights.” View Editorial
Welcome to the “Old Pueblo”
“Tucson, Arizona, or, the “Old Pueblo” as the locals know it, is geographically surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges: Santa Catalina Mountains to the north, Rincon Mountains to the east and Tucson Mountains to the west, with the Tohono O‘odham Nation to the south. Expansion opportunities for Tucson landmass are limited. Its warm climate makes it a popular destination for winter residents and retirees, creating a strong real estate market for seasonal residents. In recent years, the area has seen a shortage of homes on the market, driving a steady increase in home prices.” View Editorial
Top Arizona Properties

“Crystal-clear, turquoise waters lay as flat as glass while a rainbow of sea life swims gracefully beneath the placid water line. Emerging and disappearing into the crevices of the coral reef, small fish dart in and out as the larger beings slowly ramble on by. Boaters drift cautiously while peering into the enchanting world below the water, and divers swim slowly as to not disturb this breathtaking underwater environment.” View Editorial
