duPont REGISTRY A Buyers Gallery of Fine Homes October 2018 Uncovered

I recently read an article that focused on luxury real estate and it noted that the meaning of luxury has changed. It’s no longer about just price point – it has now taken on a more personal definition. It may mean convenience, amenities, features and anything else that helps offer a lifestyle that promotes “happier living.”

In looking at the mix of properties being presented by our real estate partners, I realized the truth in these words. Of course, living happier lives may come with a price tag but it also comes with the opportunity for a uniqueness that is defined by the individual doing the looking.
