Inside Prince’s Turks and Caicos Compound

The estate of the late American musician and eight-time Grammy winner, Prince, will auction off his extraordinary Turks and Caicos compound in the coming months. The sale comes after the property was listed by Christie’s International Real Estate for $12 million to no avail. Prince originally paid $12 million for the estate in 2010 before his sudden passing in 2016. He also paid for several additional surrounding parcels to ensure his privacy while vacationing in this stunning setting.

Prince customized the home to his unique taste by painting the winding driveway purple. A tennis court, private beaches and a boat dock are also encompassed within the five-acre compound. The main house stands at a total of 10,000 square feet, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms and one half bath. A guard home sits at the entrance of the property. At 40 feet above sea level with multiple outdoor spaces, panoramic 360-degree ocean views can be enjoyed from every angle.
