A five-minute ride across the Sanibel Causeway will take you to a tropical island filled with enchanting delights. Breathtaking sunsets provide an incomparable backdrop for 15 miles of pristine beaches, 1,800 acres of nature preserve and, of course, world-class fishing. And, if you need a place to dock your boat at the end of an exhilarating day cruising the clear blue waters of the Gulf, Jim Hall is the one to call.
Jim moved to Sanibel Island in 1989 and earned his real estate license that same year, followed by his broker’s license in 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston College, and attended Harvard University Graduate School concentrating in Land Disposition and Development.
Since 1991, Jim has sold more than $800 million of residential real estate in southwest Florida. A firm believer in education, he has attended more than 1,000 hours of supplementary real estate schooling and seminars during his 33-year career and has been awarded numerous credentials. Jim is also actively involved in the community.
An extensive real estate background combined with an in-depth understanding of the waterways surrounding Sanibel-Captiva Islands make Jim uniquely qualified to find the home of your dreams. He can provide important information regarding boat docks, lifts and navigating canals. He is also an astute negotiator.
Sanibel and Captiva Islands are located on Florida’s West Coast, just a short drive to Fort Myers and the Southwest Florida International Airport. “Everything you need is right here—medical facilities, cultural attractions, shopping and fun dining options,” states Jim. “What you won’t find are high-rises, fast-food chains… and stop lights.”
