Stan Szapiel has been an integral part of the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach community since 2000. A graduate of the University of Texas, San Antonio Business School, Stan has spent the first half of his career in the hotel business and for the last 18 years has been involved in condominium development, management and real estate sales. Currently, he is the General Manager of Caribe Realty and Resort and was the previous General Manager of both Turquoise Place and The Beach Club, located on the Alabama coast. Stan has been married for 30 years and he and his wife, Morgen, have raised their 2 boys in the local community. Stan has served on the Executive Boards of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, Gulf Shores Orange Beach Tourism Board, and was the Chairman of the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance. Stan has an in depth knowledge of condominium real estate and development and was one of the top 10 real estate agents in Baldwin County in 2017 with over 24 million in sales.
