Deb Schroeder is originally from Savannah, GA where she learned the value of real estate early on from her father. By middle school, she could calculate a rental investment’s ROI. By high school, she took ownership in family property renovations. In college, she was involved in office rentals and subdivision development with her family's business. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Education, Deb earned a Master’s in Information Technology. She moved to Windermere, married her child-hood sweetheart, and taught 2nd grade at Windermere Preparatory School for five years. Now she has a boy and two girls of her own. In 2006, Deb received her real estate license. Now she’s a licensed broker with her own brokerage, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, a Certified Negotiation Expert and has her GRI (the nation’s number one real estate designation). In just a short time, Deb has made many achievements in the real estate industry of her local area. She has been nominated as one of Orlando's Top 100 Realtors by the Orlando Magazine, received the Orlando Regional Realtor Top Produce Award several times, as well as a recipient of the "20 under 40" award. Deb strives to make buying and selling seamless and stress-free for her clients. She and her family are active in their community and church.
